Foi um percurso imenso com a Infinite Universe desde 2014, muito enriquecedor e de constante aprendizagem! Mas passados 4 anos, quero partilhar aqui que a marca chegará ao fim. 

Mas voltando ao início, quando criei a Infinite Universe tinha apenas 21 anos. Foi exactamente na altura que voltei a Portugal depois de ter vivido em Itália durante 3 meses através de um programa similar a Erasmus, Leonardo Da Vinci. Foi uma altura em que era capaz de arriscar em qualquer situação, com uma enorme confiança e sentindo-me imparável! Com toda esta confiança extrema nunca imaginei como seria o pior cenário, aquele cenário em que o caminho não seria aquele que idealizava. 

Apesar de ler imenso sobre marketing, gestão de marcas de moda, a experiência na altura era muito pouca. Mas pensei que se tinha uma visão deveria segui-la e manter-me fiel a ela. Por isso, avancei mas sem me preparar realmente, sem plano de negócios e a previsão dos riscos.

Não considero que tenha sido um fracasso porque existiram muitas vendas, muitas presenças em eventos, um corner da Infinite Universe numa Concept Store na Baixa-Chiado - Lisboa, referências esgotadas para uma loja internacional e na verdade muito mais! Mas o mais positivo foi tudo aquilo que aprendi na gestão da marca e as pessoas com quem trabalhei! Alguns bons exemplos abaixo:

It has been a long journey with Infinite Universe since 2014 very enriching and constant learning! But after 4 years I want to share the brand will come to an end.

Back to the beginning when I created Infinite Universe I was only 21 years old. It was exactly the time I returned to Portugal after living in Italy for 3 months through a program similar to Erasmus, Leonardo Da Vinci. It was a time when I was able to risk in any situation, with enormous confidence and feeling unstoppable! With all that extreme confidence I never imagined what the worst-case scenario would be. Where the path would not be the one I dreamed of.

Despite reading a lot about marketing, managing of fashion brands, the experience at that time was very little. But I thought I should follow my vision and stick with it. That is why I went ahead without really preparing myself without a business plan and risk prediction.

I do not think it was a failure because there was a lot of sales, a lot of attendance at events, an Infinite Universe corner in a Concept Store in Baixa-Chiado - Lisbon, Sold out references to an international store and in fact a lot more! But the most positive thing was I learned so much about brand management and the people I worked with were just amazing! Some good examples below:
